When all the positeves energy is around me, that leads my brain to come out something ideas called creativity. Where and how to gets an idea? how bout environment pespective? how to make an innovative organization? Just like imagine yourself in some places like in science park. Can you thinking up something? well, feels like i'm talking crap here .lol. Seriously in my honestly opinion, when i'm in a trouble, automatically my brain will process a solution+ideas= i'm safe! . So whats on my thought when this question ask me : "what kind What kind of environment, situation etc., would make you to become a creative/inventive/innovative person?" yeah obviously when trouble happened to me!. lol . Like example doing an assignment, those feelings like nervous,scared,panic,etc. pushed my brain electromagnet cells (maybe) to think hard the solutions and guess what...it works. But this is totally not a good environment.Sometimes i tried to create something that i think this could be the extraordinary ideas or what but it didn't works, sometimes it took a few years. But i believe a really good ideas, they need time to incubate. we shouldn't tense our mind/brain because good environment produce a good ideas. The environment must be calm,easy, or peace of mind. When we talk about the creative innovation in any perspective, i'd like to give a big honour for choosing japan as the most creative country. WHY? because japan they created something unusual they keep their living as a thinker, good thinker. they used their brain perfectly, everyday they will produce a new ideas. So i guess to get something you have to start thinking.
